Standard Blocked Drain

Basic Plunger & Rods Fixed Price :: $59.00

Price includes travel time & technician with his trusty plunger or rods to unblock any standard toilet or gull for up to 30-minutes onsite - if this isn't going to be enough & a machine is required, the job changes to a Standard or In-Dept Fixed Price Unblocking service call.

Price is: $51.30 + GST = $59.00

Standard Fixed Price :: $253.00 (Most common)

Price includes travel time, technician, use of high-pressure water jet or electro-mechanical machine to unblock any standard sized drain through a readily available access point to a maximum distance of 50m with good site access - this is around 80% of our jobs.

In-Depth Blocked Drain

In-Depth Fixed Price :: $483.00

This service has the same features as the Standard Fixed Price service, but with the addition of one or more of the following, but not limited to:

Poor site access (e.g. no direct parking, long paths or stairs up/down to the property, difficultly getting around the property).
Multiple blockages on the same drain requiring additional drain cleaning, usually with the help of a CCTV camera.
Client request to look at another drain while there.
Encountering an issue where a CCTV is required to help identify, locate & work through the issue.

CCTV Drain Survey

CCTV to 40m Fixed Price :: $253.00

Standard price includes travel time, technician, CCTV camera to survey any standard sized drain via a readily available access point for standard sized home, or small business site.

For reoccurring blockages, or if a blockage is more persistent, a CCTV investigation allows us to check inside the drain with a camera & in most cases identify or locate the issue.

Other times a CCTV survey may simply be needed to locate & plot a drain for renovations or other requirements.

Water Pipe Leak Detection

Standard Fixed Price :: $253.00

Standard price includes travel time, technician, leak detector to survey a standard sized home, or small business site for leaking or burst water pipes.

We use advanced listening detection equipment to isolate the source of the leak for accurate repair.

Around 70 to 80% of blocked drains are standard, with the rest being difficult, complex due to the nature of the drains condition &, or site access being poor.
90% of drains we work on in our service area are under 30m long, but if you are unsure or know your drain is longer than 50m please call us to discuss.
NOTE: If a toilet pan needs to be removed for access, a plumber will be required to undertake this at the clients expense (either your plumber, or we can arrange one).
NOTE: It's not often, but if we have to cut a 54mm access hole into a vent or pipe, it does need to be sealed with an Access Point plug & this will incur an additional cost of $50.00 (includes GST)
